Going Further With Twitter

Many people fail to realise two important things about Twitter:

  1. it has an incredibly handy search function
  2. there are tools to help you monitor the Twitter chatter

We're pleased to announce that in Q1 of 2013 we'll be piloting a series of workshops aimed at social media managers, marketing specialists and brand managers who have the responsibility of identifying and engaging with clients and customers - potential and existing - on Twitter.

The workshop will cover;

  • how to use Twitter's search function
  • how to set up Tweetdeck and Hootsuite to use Twitter as listening posts
  • how to use Sprout Social to identify your customers on Twitter
  • how to use Sprout Social to produce in-depth reports that can help prove you're meeting your KPIs
